Virginia N. Bernini Finnerty

Virginia N. “Nancy” (Bernini) Finnerty, of Abington, passed away October 15, 2016 at the age of 85. Born, raised and educated in Boston, Nancy was a resident of Roslindale for many years and a resident of Abington for 10 years. She was a property manager for Cornu Management Company in Boston and Cambridge for 21 years. She enjoyed sewing for her grandchildren and painting.

Beloved mother of Patricia Finnerty of Abington, John Finnerty of Holbrook, Brian Finnerty of Weymouth, the late William Finnerty of Florida, Paul Finnerty of Braintree, Matthew Finnerty of Weymouth, and like a mother to Robert Doyle of Weymouth. Dear sister of the late Antony Bernini, Irene D ’Orio and Josephine Niven. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at St. Francis Church in Weymouth on Saturday, November 5 at 9:30am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment Lakeview Cemetery, Weymouth.
