Timothy “Tim” C. Lagerstedt, age 66 of Brockton, passed away after losing his battle with Glioblastoma on October 2, 2021.
Tim was a long-time resident of Brockton. Born in 1954 in Wellesley, MA. He graduated from Northeastern University with his Bachelor’s
degree in Electrical Engineering.
He is survived by his wife Suzanne. Brother of Michael and his wife Susie of Plymouth, Patrick and his late wife Dianne of Coudersport,
PA, Christy and her husband Charlie Spiller of Tarpon Springs, Fl and Richard and his wife Kathy of Brockton. Father to Christina of
Arlington, Debby of Quincy and Lorien and her husband Matt Young of East Bridgewater. Grandfather to Elyssa of East Bridgewater and many nieces and nephews.
He was an Electrical Engineer and most recently retired from the Gillette Company after 17 years.
He loved riding motorcycles, dirt bikes, bicycles, and ice skating. He also enjoyed music, politics, nature, history, and philosophy and was a self-published writer.
Visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 127 So. Franklin St. (Rt. 37), Holbrook on Thursday, October 7th from 4-7pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, October 8th at 10am. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Brockton.
