Susan (Berlo) Mulligan, of Mansfield, passed away June 25, 2026, at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Mulligan. Loving mother of Robert Mulligan and his wife Roseanne, the late Michael Mulligan and his wife Lori, Susan Webster and her husband Ronald, and the late Lee-Ann Mulligan. Cherished grandmother of Mary-Ann Clark and her husband Joe, Michael Mulligan and his wife Chelsea, Stephen Mulligan and his wife Jennifer, Sarah Ritchie and her husband Conner, Kathleen Mulligan and her husband Kieran, Matthew Webster and his partner Brooke, Kevin Webster and his wife Liz, Jennifer Saraf and her husband Mike, and Brian Webster and his wife Karli. Sister of the late Henry, James, Robert, William, Mary, Ann, Rose, and Virginia. Susan was also survived by many loved great-grandchildren.
Susan enjoyed playing bingo, traveling to Aruba, going to the beach and shopping with her sisters, Big Macs, Dunkin, and junk food. Most of all, Susan loved spending time with her family.
Visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph on Wednesday, July 1st from 4-7pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A funeral procession will begin at the funeral home on Thursday, July 2nd at 9:45am followed by a funeral mass at St. Michael’s Church in Avon at 10:30am. Interment St. Michael’s Cemetery, Avon.

I will always cherish the special times we shared with Aunt Sue—going to Friendly’s for ice cream after the movies in Hanover and meeting my mom, Aunt Ann, and Aunt Sue for lunch at Panera Bread in Hingham. Those simple moments of laughter, conversation, and togetherness will forever remain in my heart.
Aunt Sue also loved sharing Dunkin’ coffee and donuts with her brothers and sisters. It brings us comfort to know she is now reunited with all of her siblings.

Aunt Sue, you will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever in our hearts.

Thank you for being one of my favorite aunts but also my god mother. I remember going to your house in Avon and having the greatest time even when I screamed for help because Mike and Robert were drowning me in the pool. For some reason you snd my mom said I deserved it. 🤣 I probably did. I loved sitting down at the table and listening to you give me life advice that I usually took because you were a very smart woman. I love how you always told me how it was and never sugar coated anything because you know I needed it. I loved meeting you and aunt Ann and my mom at the beach or Panera bread with my son Austin. Austin loved all of you so much. When ever Austin and I go the beach we sit at the ramp where my mom, you and aunt Ann sat. When I was little and I knew you and uncle Arthur were coming over I was excited because I always measured how big I was getting to uncle Arthur and he would say “ not even close” then I measured with you and I won everytime but you would say you’ll never be big enough🤣 ok one more! Then there was the time uncle Arthur told me to go grab beer and cigarettes when you snd my mom went shopping and I told him no way I’m not taken the fall for this. But when they got back to your house and you saw uncle Arthur had beer and cigarettes you and my mom instantly looked at me and we’re not happy. I had to go uncle Arthur was still bigger than me🤣.. there are many more stories including when I had earrings and you asked to borrow my jewelry but you put it in a way only you could. I love you so much aunt sue and I know you, aunt Ann and my mom are sitting on beach chairs in heaven enjoying the ocean, getting some sun and enjoying dunkn donuts. You will be missed and loved forever. I’ll never let anyone ever forget you. Thank you for being my aunt and godmother and loving me in a way only you could.
