Patricia A. Cribben Foley

Patricia A. (Cribben) Foley, of Brockton, formerly of Holbrook, passed away December 12, 2018. Born in Brockton on June 11, 1939 to John and Kathryn (Andrews) Cribben, Pat grew up in Brockton and graduated from Brockton High School in 1957 and UMass Boston in 1986. She dedicated her life to being an advocate for victims of abuse and providing a voice for those who did not have one. She loved the City of Brockton and the Cape along with the Red Sox and Patriots.

She is survived by her dear friend Janice Brassil of Brockton. Loving mother of Robert Foley, Jr. and his wife Jean of Brockton, Michael Foley and his wife Wendy of Halifax, Kathleen and her husband Michael Sullivan of Brockton, Christine Foley of Brockton, and the late John Foley. Devoted sister of Shea Patrick of Marshfield and John Cribben and his wife Elaine of Bridgewater. Cherished grandmother of Michael, Keri, Meghan, Ryan, Sean, Nicholas, Alana, Aine, Connor and Caitlin. Great-grandmother of Kaedyn. Also aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Funeral from the Hurley Funeral Home, 127 So. Franklin St. (Rt. 37), Holbrook on Wednesday, December 19th at 10:45am followed by a funeral mass at St. Joseph’s Church in Holbrook at 11:30am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held Tuesday, December 18th from 4-8pm. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Brockton.
