Michael J. Lane

Michael J. Lane, 74 , born August 9, 1948, of Randolph sadly has passed away on 9/27/2022 following a long fight with multiple illnesses. He was the beloved father figure to his daughter Victoria and two sons Anthony and Nicholas. He was loved dearly by his partner in life and best friend Regina Solomon.
He was raised and educated in Boston schools, worked as a Boston police officer briefly, and was a loved and highly respected Human Resource Manager for the town of Randolph for many years.
He treasured spending time with his children and granddaughter whom he was always there for. He loved going to the bridgeway with his family and enjoyed spending time in the cape with his sisters, nieces, cousins, and extended family. Michael was an amazing man, father, brother, uncle, and friend.

Predeceased by his parents, James G. and Marion (Burditt) Lane, and late brother James H. Lane. Michael is survived by his sister; Lois Carroll and Marybeth Johnson both of Brewster, Ma. And his many nieces, nephews and cousins whom he loved dearly.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours at the Hurley Funeral home 134 South Main Street, Randolph on Wednesday October 5th, 4-7pm.
