Lisa Sherri (Burnham) Picardi, 57 of Plymouth, passed away on February 15th, 2022 surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer.

Lisa was a true lover of life and could often be found shopping, crafting or at the beach. She was an excellent cook. She was an animal lover and was looking forward to reuniting with her dog Buddy who she lost two years ago. Her biggest claim to fame was being a “mum” to her two children and then on to the role of “GiGi” to her three beloved granddaughters.

She was a 1982 graduate of Avon High School. Went on to graduate from Mansfield Beauty Academy in Quincy. She then went into Retail and Marketing Management at The Enterprise in Brockton for 25 years.

Daughter of the late Fred and Theresa (Marchillo) Burnham of Avon and daughter-in-law to Gerald and the late Shiela (O’Sullivan) Picardi also of Avon.

She is survived by her husband John Picardi of Plymouth for 37 years, her daughter and son-in-law Jessica (Picardi) and Robert Krim of Plymouth, her son John Picardi and daughter-in-law Allison Boyle of Middleboro, and her beautiful granddaughters Lucy Sophia and Rylie Audrey of Plymouth, and Carmella June of Middleboro.

Also survived by three brothers Gary Burnham of Brockton, Fred Burnham of Arizona, Phillip Gentile of Taunton, and the late Albert Gentile of Brockton. She has several nieces and nephews that were very dear to her heart as well.

Visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph on Saturday, March 5th beginning at 9am followed by a funeral service at 11am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, in Lisa’s words “If you have a few extra bucks, pay it forward to someone in need”.
