Leslie F. McCormick, of Bridgewater, formerly of Randolph, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2023. He had faced many challenges over the last few years including a battle with cancer, heart related problems, kidney failure and Dialysis. Les was in the Labors union and helped build the Kennedy Center plus worked on many other buildings in Boston. He retired from the Union and started his own painting company, McCormick Painting, which was very successful for many years.

Les was a Life Member of the Randolph Elks Club, putting in many happy years as Esquire, Investigation Chairman, and his most rewarding time as Santa Clause for the Elks Christmas party’s as well as the Young Adult work shop. He also was very active in the Brockton Veterans Hospital with the Elks, as well as one of the crew from the POW committee.

Leslie leaves behind his wife of 33 years Diane, his stepchildren William P. O’Connell, Michael O’Connell, and Elizabeth O’Connell. His Daughter Claire LaBossiere, and his pre-deceased daughter Brenda Lobenstein, and son John McCormick. He had 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, which brought him great joy.

Visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Randolph), on Monday, January 9th from 11am-1pm followed by a service at 1pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment private.
