Judith Ann (Chaplin, Lounge) Quinton of Avon, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2017 at age 75 with her family by her side. Judy was a life-long resident of Avon. She is the daughter of the late Constantine and Mildred Rodrigues; Survived by her husband of 40 years, Neal Quinton; their children Millie and her husband Glen Cabbage, Maureen and her husband Wade Sinclair, Michelle and her husband David Garfinkle, Melody and her husband Kenny Piccini, John Lounge, Neal Quinton and his fiancé Reanie Derosa, Dawn Marie O’Loughlin and her fiancé Robert Gormley. She is also survived by her sisters Connie Pooler, Diane Pooler, and Debbie Stevens, and her sister in law Suzanne Rodrigues. Judy has joined her brothers, late Frank (Sonny) Chaplin and late Daniel Rodrigues. She also had many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and late Michael J. Lounge, Orianna Rose Thompson, and Calisie Joelle Augustine.

Judy was born in Stoughton on June 24, 1941. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. She also loved each and every one. She will be remembered for her caring and funny personality, dancing to her music, making faces, and singing opera. She also enjoyed traveling, going on cruises, and spending time with her loved ones. Judy and her husband Neal were very special foster parents to many children for many years. Her door was always open for anyone.

Visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28) Randolph on Monday, April 3rd at 10am followed by a funeral mass at St. Michael’s Church in Avon at 12pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment Avon Cemetery, Avon.
