Joseph Damiano, of W. Bridgewater, passed away August 22, 2026 at the age of 89. Joseph was a heavy equipment operator and retired from the Local 4. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, and Denise’s Friday Night Golf League.
Joseph is survived by his beloved wife, Linda (Doty) Damiano, and his sons, Justin and Michael. He was the brother of Vito, Rocco, and Jenny.
Visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph, on Monday, August 31st from 4-7pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, September 1st at 10am. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Randolph.

My husband and I knew Joe for years. I am very good friends and worked with his wife Linda as nurses years back at Quincy Medical Center.
I have many fond memories of going out to dinner with Joe and Linda or just hanging out at our house.
Joe was an amazing cook and he would give me tips on how to make his Italian meatballs! Linda would always tell me the wonderful food he would make.
Not only was Joe a great cook, he had the best sense of humor and was always cracking jokes and poking at Linda. They truly were a great couple who enjoyed life the best they could and loved each other very much.
Our condolences to Linda and his family during this trying time.
Fly high in Heaven with the angels Joe. No more pain, struggles or tribulations of this world. ❤️
Farewell my friend 🧡 we shared a special friendship. You will be missed from your batter up warm up golf swing to your belly laugh, you made a mark on all that had the pleasure of knowing you. RiP 🙏 to you Joe. No more fighting. Go and be with all you have missed. Love you Joe
