Jack Trifiro, 52, of Avon, passed away Friday March 10, 2017A.D. He was born in Avon and attended Cardinal Spellman High School.
Jack was an avid golfer, a longtime member and past president of the Brockton Country Club. In his prime he was a scratch golfer. During his career, he won many tournaments, had 3 holes-in-one and is the reigning Chowda Cup Champion. He also enjoyed many golf excursions countrywide, especially in Myrtle Beach with his friends.
Jack worked as a project manager for Central Glass Co. in Brockton. In his free time he enjoyed landscaping his yard and spending time with family and friends who will remember him for his good-natured spirit, kindness and generosity.
Jack will be immensely missed by his family and his many friends. He is survived by his parents, Salvatore and Ann (McCluskey) Trifiro of Avon, his brother Thomas Trifiro of Kingston, his sister Catherine Ezepik of Whitman, his brother James Trifiro of Avon, and his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Alison, Jessica Ezepik, Joseph, Juliana, Jason, Jaclyn Trifiro, and grand-niece Gracie Ann Ezepik.
Funeral from the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main Street (Rt. 28) Randolph on Friday, March 17th at 9:45am followed by a funeral mass at St. Michael's Church in Avon at 10:30. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Thursday, March 16th from 4-8 pm. Interment at St. Michael's Cemetery, Avon. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack’s memory can be made to a scholarship fund at Cardinal Spellman High School in his honor by visiting www.spellman.com.
