Grace “Chickie” (Leonard) Monahan, of Randolph, passed away July 24, 2023 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of John Monahan of Randolph. Loving mother of Gene Monahan of Brockton, Kim Monahan Goldman of Wareham, Grace Monahan of Keene, NH and the late Kevin Monahan. Cherished grandmother of Tayla Gold, James Gold and great-grandmother of Bentley Gold. Sister of the late Bernice Pappas, Claire Cronin, Doris Mackey, Lorraine Mento, Joe, Bill, and George Leonard.

Chickie lived a vibrant life enjoying travels with her husband John of 72 years. She was a regular casino winner and scratch ticket queen. Chickie will be missed by extended family, nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors.

Funeral from the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph on Saturday, July 29th at 9:15am followed by a funeral mass at St. Mary Church in Randolph at 10am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, July 28th from 4-7pm. Interment Central Cemetery, Randolph. Donations in Chickie’s memory can be made to the American Cancer Society via donate.cancer.org.
