George Joseph Stanislovitis, formerly of Randolph Massachusetts, died at the age of 90 at his home in Bourne Massachusetts on January 4, 2019 surrounded by his precious family.

George worked as a machinist until he retired in 1993. He was inquisitive and loved to fidget with gadgets to figure out how they worked. He was a true Boston Sports fan supporting his beloved Bruins, Red Sox and Patriots teams.
George was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and a kind, gentle, man who loved fishing the waters of Boston Harbor.

George was the son of Martha and John Stanislovitis, and brother to Peter J. Stanislovitis of South Boston. He is survived by is wife of 60 years, Eleanor Stanislovitis, his four children Patricia Locke and her husband Douglas Locke of Boxford Massachusetts, Stephen Stanislovitis of Bourne Massachusetts, Stephanie Stanislovitis of Abington Massachusetts and Michael Stanislovitis of Randolph Massachusetts as well as his grandchild, Emma Locke of Boston Massachusetts. Neilda Patterson, his sister-in law, his niece, Janice Caferella, her husband, Marc Caferella and his grandniece Nicole Caferella all of Marshfield Massachusetts are also survived by him.

His funeral service will be held Thursday, January 10th at 11:00 am at the Hurley Funeral Home. Visitation hours include Wednesday, January 9th from 6-8 pm. and Thursday, January 10th from 10-11 am before the service at Hurley Funeral Home in Randolph Massachusetts.

George will be laid to rest at the Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree, Massachusetts.
