Frank L. “Butch†Johnson, 70, originally from Randolph, MA, died peacefully the 12th of April, in the loving care of his group home staff, his daughter, and hospice. Butch was the youngest son of the late Violet and Frank Johnson. Butch will be remembered for his great sense of humor, his kindness, his love of motorcycles, cigarettes, beer, Chinese food, ice coffee, and animals.
Butch is survived by his brother Robert Johnson, his sister Barbara Perkins, his daughter Christine Leaf, his beautiful granddaughter Violet Leaf, his nephew Robert Johnson Jr., his nieces Rebecca Fishbein, and Robyn Perkins, and great-nephews Benjamin and Ezra Fishbein. He was predeceased by his brother Richard Johnson, and the love of his life Donna Azevedo.
In his younger years (prior to his traumatic brain injury). Butch was a scallop fisherman, a carpenter, and a motorcycle enthusiast. His family requests that in lieu of flowers that you consider volunteering your time in a local nursing home visiting patients, or a kind donation of money to a local animal hospital. Services will be private.
