Elizabeth “Betty” M. (Hopkins) Aiello, of Brockton, passed away November 17, 2016 at the age of 68. Born in Boston, Betty was raised and educated in Randolph, and was a resident of Brockton for 48 years. She was the owner of J. Aiello & Son Trucking and The Cottage Variety Store, both in Holbrook. Betty enjoyed going to casinos and traveling. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph P. Aiello. Loving mother of Ann-Marie Baker and her husband Mark of Hanover and Joseph Aiello and his wife Michelle of Avon. Devoted sister-in-law of Virginia Aiello of Randolph. Dear Nana of Joseph Jr. and Samantha. Daughter of the late Dorothy Hopkins.

Funeral from the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28) Randolph on Monday, November 21st 9:15am followed by a funeral mass at St. Mary’s Church, Randolph at 10am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday, November 20th from 1-5pm. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Randolph. In lieu of flowers, donations in Betty’s memory can be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284 or via www.dana-farber.org/gift.
