Cosmo R. Carraggi

Cosmo R. Carraggi, of Avon, passed away May 1, 2018 at the age of 95. Born and raised in Boston. A resident of East Boston and Quincy before settling in Avon for over 40 years.

Beloved husband of Barbara (Hilton) Carraggi and the late Marie (Hawes) Carraggi. Loving father of Joseph Carraggi of Raynham, Robert Carraggi of Abington, Dennis Carraggi of Bridgewater, Deborah Cohen of Stoughton, Richard Noel of CO, Mark Carraggi of E. Bridgewater, Sandra Carraggi of Easton, Brenda Leighton of W. Bridgewater, and the late Donna Simpson. Predeceased by his late brothers and sisters. Also survived by 17 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph on Sunday, May 6th from 3-6pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 7th at 10am at the Avon Baptist Church. Burial – Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
