Cheryl Baldwin Murphy, age 75, of Holbrook, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2026, with her loving family by her side.
Cheryl worked as a dental assistant for more than 20 years before joining Beam and Structural Repair Co. in West Bridgewater, where she managed the office for many years.
Her greatest joy in life was her family. She treasured time spent with her daughters and grandchildren, creating memories that will be cherished forever. Cheryl also enjoyed her weekly nights out where she would enjoy playing Keno and meeting up with friends she made along the way. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Holbrook, where her faith remained an important part of her life.
Cheryl was the beloved mother of Jennifer Mahan and her husband, Scott, of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, and Rebecca Stone and her husband, Jeffrey, of Slingerlands, New York. She was the proud and loving grandmother of James, John, Daniel, Ainsley, Katie and Ryan. She is also survived by her brother, William Baldwin of Florida. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Cheryl was predeceased by her parents, Adele and Roland Baldwin, and her sister, Beverly Gibbons.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Cheryl’s life during visiting hours on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Hurley Currie Funeral Home, 127 So. Franklin St. (Rt. 37), Holbrook. A funeral procession will begin at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Holbrook at 10:00 a.m.
Cheryl will be remembered for her kind heart, her devotion to her family, and the warmth she shared with those who knew and loved her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, and she will be deeply missed.

Thank you for welcoming me into you family. I truly enjoyed my Saturday’s with my pal Cheryl aka Shirley. She talked all the time about her girls and grandkids. I’m glad I got the chance to be her friend. We did have some laughs. Thank you Cheryl for being you. I will truly miss you and our get together.
