Carol was a wonderful warm and caring person, I met here when I started Mass Bay in 2008 and worked from 12PM- 8PM she always was so welcoming always offered me a cup of coffee a cookie or pastry to eat and always had a warm smile upon her face. She will be missed deeply.

The Zager Family
I just found out Carol passed away. I worked with Carol at MassBay. My heart is just broken. She was so good to me. My deepest sympathy to the whole family. ❤️
Carol was the Director of Con Ed at Mass Bay Community College and my first supervisor when I worked part time evenings on the Framingham Campus. She was kind, friendly and brilliant. Her many ideas about how to improve student and staff opportunities were endless. There are not enough positive words to describe her concern, her ability to mentor (it was Carol who urged me to apply for a full time position and beamed with pride when I was hired even though she would loose me helping her at night), and her kindness to both staff and students. Those of us who worked under her guidance were truly blessed. Rest in peace my boss, my teacher, my friend.
