Ann C. (McCluskey) Trifiro, of Avon, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 28, 2018. She was born in Boston and attended Girls Latin, Emmanuel and Bridgewater State University graduating with a degree in teaching. She lived in Avon with her husband Sal for over 55 years and was employed by the Randolph School Department for over 33 years. She loved teaching and working with children. She also loved reading, traveling, dancing, movies, Elvis and the beach. Most loved were her children, grandchildren and great-grandchild. Ann will be immensely missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband Salvatore (Sal) of Avon, her son Thomas Trifiro of Kingston, her daughter Catherine Ezepik of Whitman, and her son James Trifiro of Avon. Predeceased by her son Jack Trifiro. She also leaves her grandchildren Christopher Ezepik and his wife Cortney of Whitman, Alison Ezepik and Jessica Ezepik, both of Whitman, Juliana Trifiro, Jason Trifiro, and Jaclyn Trifiro of Easton, and her great-grandchild Gracie Ann Ezepik of Whitman.
Funeral from the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph on Thursday, August 2nd at 9:45am followed by a funeral mass at St. Michael’s Church in Avon at 10:30am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Wednesday, August 1st from 4-8pm. Interment at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Avon. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ann’s memory can be made to a scholarship fund at Cardinal Spellman High School in her honor by visiting www.spellman.com.
