Ann M. Burgess, age 94, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2026.

Burgess. Together they built a home in Randolph, where they raised their family, formed lifelong friendships, and created countless cherished memories.

Ann embraced life with enthusiasm, warmth, and joy. She loved playing cards, cribbage, Mahjong, and board games, and she never missed an opportunity to enjoy a good party. Most of all, she treasured time spent with family and friends. Her welcoming nature, sense of humor, and genuine kindness made her a pleasure to be around and earned her the affection of all who knew her.

Ann was predeceased by her beloved husband, Walter A. Burgess, who passed away on April 20, 2017. They shared 57 years of marriage together, building a life centered on family, love and friendship.

She is survived by her loving children: Diane Roy and her husband, Paul, of Sagamore; Philip Burgess and his wife, Linda, of Walpole; and Nancy Marks and her husband, Christopher, of Watertown. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Danielle Brinkman and her husband, John; Paul (PJ) Roy; Tucker Burgess; and Dylan Burgess; as well as her beloved great-granddaughter, Harper Patricia Brinkman.

Ann is also survived by her beloved sisters, Claire Masterson of Maine; Mary Poirier of Uxbridge MA; and Jean Bossi and her husband, Vincent of Maine. She shared a special bond with her many nieces and nephews, all of whom held a treasured place in her heart.

Ann was predeceased by her loving parents, Florence and Philip Pascarelli; her sister, Roseann Brawley; her brother, Philip “Sonny” Pascarelli; and her sister, Florence Celata. Though she deeply missed those who passed before her, their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life.

Ann leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and friendship. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched. Her memory will live on in the stories shared, the traditions continued, and the love she gave so freely throughout her life.

I never knew her to not have a smile on her face. When I first met her with the sticky spaghetti to many years later w/ the backwards sneakers and always taking our money in poker. She left so many fond memories. She will be sorely missed.
