Priscilla (Holdstock) McIntyre

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Priscilla McIntyre, 98 years young. Daughter of the late George and Grace Holdstock and sister of the late Virginia Holdstock, Priscilla grew up in Wollaston Massachusetts. The Holdstock family was originally from Damariscotta Maine and often summered in Bar Harbor.

Priscilla raised her family with her late husband Joseph Moore in Randolph, Massachusetts. Her biggest source of pride and joy were her daughter and six sons. Priscilla is survived by: Diane LaRaia and husband William, Robert Moore and wife Judy, Steven Moore, Joseph Moore, Daniel Moore and wife Janemarie, David Moore and wife Marcia and Scott Moore and wife Cindy. Priscilla has fourteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Also waiting the arrival of a new great grandchild in 2026.Later in life, she met and married Vincent McIntyre a decorated WWII veteran. They very much enjoyed cooking, traveling and hosting family gatherings. A truly memorable woman, Priscilla was beautiful and elegant, kind and patriotic, funny and charismatic and occasionally diabolical. She lived a long epic life and was so very loved. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Visiting hours will be held at Hurley Funeral Home, 134 S Main Street Randolph, MA 02368 on Thursday December 4th from 4-7. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. A funeral service will be held in the Hurley Funeral Home on Friday December 5th at 11AM.
