Mary L. Clark

Mary L. Clark, of Holbrook, passed away August 13, 2025 at West Acres Nursing Home in  Brockton after a period of failing health. She was 85 years old.

Daughter of the late Lucinda (Harris) Clark and Louis Clark.

She had resided in Holbrook all her life.

Mary graduated from Holbrook High School in 1958. She went onto a career in hairdressing and worked at Marvel Hair Salon in Quincy. She then moved on to a career at the Quincy Shipyard, retiring after 20 years. Mary was a kind-hearted soul who enjoyed many things in life.  She so enjoyed walking, biking, and taking care of all the animals.  She also enjoyed her travels to many places with her partner of 60 years, the late Robert Stevens of Groton

She is survived by her cousins and caretaker, Lisa Lind and Terence Arsenault of Avon, her dear friend and caretaker, Lisa Barry of Whitman, and many cousins and dear friends.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday August 21^st at 1pm at Union Cemetery in Holbrook.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.  In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your local animal shelter.
