i will cherish my memories of my auntie Ducky. As a kid i spent many days & nights at her house on 48 chocato park. i don’t think there was anyone who’s kid played baseball who didn’t know monk and ducky mariani. my uncle johnny coached ball and my aunt Ducky ran the concession stand . when i began working as a hairdresser , i asked Ducky if she would be my model. no hesitation, she said of course !!! she was my biggest cheerleader. Rest in peace Duck !! love you so much !!!
Cristan, I’m truly sorry to hear for this unfortunate loss. May the wonderful memories you have made with her be the ones that allow her to live on through stories you share. Sending all my love and prayers to you, Gabby and the rest of your family. Xo
My deepest condolences to my dear Deany and your family. Even though I never had the chance to meet your mom in person, I could truly feel how loving, warm, and kind she was through the messages and videos also all of her nice pictures . I feel deeply sad that I never had the opportunity to pay my respects to her while she was still here, but I will always remember her kindness.
Please know that my thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. I hope you all stay strong and support one another as you go through this loss. Even though I cannot be there in person, I am here for you, and my heart is with you always.
May your mom rest in peace.
Love you Mom.🙏🫂🙏
Sandy and family, I am so sorry to hear of your mother’s, grandmother’s, and great grandmother’s passing. I have such fond memories of your mother and father, you memorialized her perfectly with your words and brought a smile to my face. Keeping all of you in my prayers.
Ducky was one of the kindest, loving people I have ever met. I cherished our weekly chats and I admired her faith.
She was my traveling buddy and I loved her sense of humor.
There is a special place in heaven for her.
We were blessed to have her in our lives
and now we all have our own Angel watching over us.
God bless u Ducky!!

So sad to hear of my cousin Ducky’s passing. She was an incredibly sweet soul! I last saw her 3 yrs ago at a couple of the cousins lunches that i was able to attend. I will always remember the good times with her when she came to RI every year for our Memorial Day picnic @ Misquamicut Beach to see my mom & dad,( Marie & Ernie Perno.) I’m sorry I could not attend the funeral I’m in Florida for a few months. Sending love and hugs to the entire family from your CT cousins. May Ducky and Johnny be together in baseball heaven! Xoxo
