Christopher J. Doran, of Randolph, passed away suddenly on April 6, 2026, at the age of 52. He was the beloved son of Louise T. McDonald‑Reina of Randolph and the stepson of the late Andrew M. Reina. For almost 24 years, he was the devoted partner, of Kimberly J. Lemasa of Randolph, who was the love of his life.

Chris was the grandson of the late John and Marie McDonald and the late Russel and Joan Doran. He was the brother of Sean M. Orgel of Webster and the stepbrother of Joanne Reina DiCarlo of Lakeville and Bernadette Mahoney of Raynham. He was also the nephew of the late Alice McDonald Riley, and the uncle and godfather of Nicholas J. Orgel of Randolph and Meredith R. Orgel of Holbrook. He leaves behind his cousins Tiffany Prout Leitao and Kathleen Cole LeGrow of Plymouth, and is predeceased by cousins Alice Cole and James Cole. Chris also shared a special bond with his best friend, Miguel Alicea of Taunton, whom he considered a brother. He is survived by many, more cousins and friends who loved him dearly.

Chris was born at the Goddard Hospital in Stoughton, MA on April 3, 1974 and he attended Brockton schools from kindergarten through tenth grade and graduated with honors from Randolph High School in 1992. He built a 32‑year career as an Accounts Receivable Manager and IT Specialist.

He had a passion for cooking and loved barbecuing on his grill, always eager to try new recipes. Listening to music, watching movies, Chinese food, and golfing with friends were some of his favorite joys. He was an enthusiastic fan of both the Red Sox and the Patriots. Chris had a deep love for animals, especially the twin Bombay cats he shared with Kimmy, Storm and Shadow, as well as Buddy and Smokie, who have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.

Visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 234 So. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph on Thursday, April 16th from 12-2pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
