Arthur S. Landa

Passed on January 2, 2026
Resident of Randolph, MA

Arthur S. Landa, of Randolph, passed away January 2, 2026 at the age of 88. Beloved husband for 67 years of the late Elaine (Copple) Landa.  Loving father of Robin King of Grantville, GA and her late husband Mark, and Amy Brown and her husband Barry of Middleboro. Cherished Papa of Christopher and his wife Sarah, Mark Jonathan, Sean, Nicole, Amber, and Jade. Great-grandfather of 3.

Arthur graduated from Roxbury Memorial High School.  He worked for Smith Kline and owned Arel Limousine.  As a young adult, he enjoyed playing racquet ball at the Ridge Racquet Club in Braintree. He not only loved going to Burke’s beach with his wife and kids but still took every chance he could to go during his retired days during the summer.  He loved his Love Birds and had a large collection of model trucks.  He enjoyed traveling to Mexico, Canada, Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, and the Caribbean.

As a retired man, Arthur loved to spend his time at Fresser’s Deli where they became like family. The last six months he was lucky to be able to have a canine companion named Liam who loved him dearly and spent every waken moment with him.

A graveside service will be held at Sharon Memorial Park, 120 Canton St., Sharon on Thursday, January 8th at 10am.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.  Late US Army Veteran.

Margie and I were very sad to learn of Arthur’s passing. We saw Arthur recently at Fresser’s Deli and had a few laughs. Margie saw Arthur at the Deli whenever she would pick up a few things, and Arthur would always chat with Margie. Arthur was a kind friendly gentleman, and if you knew him, you loved him. Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Arthur. Rest in peace Arthur.
