Nancy E. Amadei, age 73, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, March 19, 2026. Known affectionately as “Betsy” to those closest to her, Nancy will be remembered for her kindness, warmth, humor, and love for her family.
Nancy worked as a CNA, where she found great joy in caring for her residents before retiring early. She took pride in making a difference in their lives, and her goal was always to make someone laugh.
Nancy was the beloved daughter of the late Robert W. Woodman and Nancy G. Woodman. She was a loving mother to Allison E. Just of Wareham, Arthur E. Andrews of Bluffton, S. Carolina, John F. Amadei of Holbrook, and Jeffrey D. Amadei of Oxford.
She was a cherished sister to Brenda Malinosky of Easton, Suzanne Malinosky of Randolph, Barry Woodman of Bristol, New Hampshire, James H. Woodman of Hopkinton, and Willard D. Woodman of Wareham.
Nancy was also a proud grandmother to six grandchildren, all of whom brought great joy to her life. She is further survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Family meant everything to Nancy, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date with her friends and family.

She was My Best Friend growing up I Will Cherish My Memories of Sleep Overs Playing with our Barbie dolls , I am just glad we finally got intouch with each other even though she couldn’t talk..I did all the talking,,I sent her cards, and a picture of me My son and his wife,,on our cruise, I will miss her dearly, So Very Sorry for the loss of Betsy XOXOX 😢💔🙏
