Daniel M. McGuirk, of Avon, passed away March 20, 2025 at the age of 66. Beloved husband of Donna McGuirk. Loving step-father of Corrine DePatra. Devoted brother of Diana Williams (Michael) of NH. Brother-in-law of Brian DePatra (Annmarie) and Phil Webb (the late Marilyn), all of FL. Uncle of Jessica Wingender (Greg) of VA, Laura DiPesa (Russell) of FL, AJ Williams of VT, and Evan Webb of FL. Also survived by his uncldes Earl McGuirk of CA and Charles McGuirk (Helen) of AZ.
Daniel worked in Inside Sales at New England Electrical Distributors in Brockton. He was an avid Boston sports fan and lover of classic rock. Dan loved going to the Avon VFW where he participated in many fundraising events, including the weekly meat raffles and volunteering during the BBQ at the Memorial Day Parade. He loved to travel all over the US but particularly loved AZ. He enjoyed fishing with his brother-in-law Mike and classic cars.
Memorial visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph, on Saturday, April 12th from 3-5pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
