It is with great sadness that we announced the passing of Maureen J Redmond of Holbrook, MA. Maureen passed away peacefully at her home on January 27 after a brief illness.

Maureen grew up in Holbrook, attended and graduated from Holbrook high school. After graduation, she worked for Palmer Whitehead insurance company in Boston. She eventually came to work for FM Global in Westwood. Maureen was the office manager in charge of training. After retirement, Maureen enjoyed spending time with friends and family, especially Wednesdays with her little guys!

Maureen was an avid Patriot’s fan having had season tickets for years and later enjoying their many Super Bowl victories .

She is survived by her sister Denise Redmond and her partner Tom Wolf of Brockton, her niece Michele Duggan, and her son Nicholas of Holbrook, her niece Maureen Sullivan, and her son Brendan of Whitman, her nephew Joseph Duggan Jr, his wife Lindsay, and their daughters, Abigail and Paige of Holbrook, her nephew Timothy Duggan, his wife Liz, and their son’s Sean, Luke, and Will of Abington, and her nephew Christopher Duggan, his wife, Kristy and their children Kyle and Avery of Whitman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Rita Redmond, her sister Patricia Duggan and her husband Joseph Duggan, and her nephew, Patrick Redmond Duggan.
She leaves many cousins and friends, with a special thanks to her closest friend Maureen Darcy, they enjoyed many fun times together!

A special thank you to Norwell Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice (HVNA). The support over the recent months shown to Maureen and her family has meant the world to us.
