You have touched the lives of so many. A true source of goodness who always acted to protect those you saw who were vulnerable. You are one of my heroes and our world is diminished by your passing. Love you, my cousin Pat.

Pat thank you for all the support you showed me throughout my candidacy for Mayor of Brockton. Our conversations were always uplifting and I always walked away feeling a little bit of your energy with me. Thank you for all that you have done for our City and for the people you have encountered. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel with a golden heart. May you forever Rest In Peace and live in our memories.

My deepest condolences to family and friends of Madame Pat Foley I know she was a strong anchor for everyone and I pray that everyone continues to live the way she did.

With love,

Jimmy Pereira
