Jayne C. (Farrell) Fahy

Jayne C. (Farrell) Fahy, of Randolph, passed away July 12, 2018 at the age of 81. Born in Boston, Jayne was a resident of Randolph for 56 years. She worked at Copley Pharmaceuticals in Canton for 10 years and David Weiner (Woodlawn) Pediatrics in Randolph for 15 years. She was a CCD teacher at St. Mary’s Church in Randolph for 10 years and helped many adults to join the church with her involvement in the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RICA). Jayne traveled the US camping in her RV with her family. She was an avid Celtics fan and watched all the games. She was the true matriarch of the family and really enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Beloved wife of the late David F. Fahy. Loving mother of David Fahy of Randolph, Lynne Kosak and her husband Doug of Hanover, Karen Rolt and her husband Jonathan of Easton, Michael Fahy and his wife Jeanne of Attleboro, and the late Jane Marie Fahy. Devoted sister of James Farrell of Brockton, Kevin Farrell of Dorchester, Kathy Farrell of Jamaica Plain, and the late Bill, Marty, and Ann Farrell. Dear grandmother of Meghan, Jessica, Kelsey, Shannon, Shawn, Maggie and Jaynie.

Funeral from the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph on Monday, July 16th at 9:15am followed by a funeral mass at St. Mary’s Church in Randolph at 10am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday, July 15th from 2-5pm. Interment Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
