Donald L. King
Donald L. King, of Holbrook, passed away June 2, 2018 at the age of 84. Born, raised, and educated in East Boston, Don was a resident of Holbrook for 55 years and retired from sales in the trucking industry. He enjoyed playing cribbage and dancing.
Beloved husband of Patricia (Langley) King. Loving father of Wayne King and his wife Sharon of Canton, Karen King of Whitman, and Debora Hoyte and her husband William of Abington. Devoted brother of Barbara LaRaia of Everett, and the late Margaret Phillips, and Elmer, Kenneth, Russell, and Horace King. Dear grandfather of Shaun, Timothy, Stephen, Matthew, Rachael, and the late Erin. Also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 127 So. Franklin St. (Rt. 37), Holbrook on Wednesday, June 6th from 3:30-7pm followed by a service at 7pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment private. Late US Air Force Veteran. In lieu of flowers, donations in Don’s memory can be made to Old Colony Hospice, 321 Manley St., West Bridgewater, MA 02379.
