Joan (Feely) Murray
Joan (Feely) Murray, of Randolph, passed away June 13, 2017 at the age of 86. Born, raised, and educated in Boston, Joan was a resident of Randolph for 36 years and worked for the New England Telephone Company. She was a country-western fan and enjoyed golf and bowling. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Beloved wife of the late James A. Murray. Loving mother of Patricia Lehane and her husband Stephen of Bridgewater, James A. Murray and his wife Catherine of Hubberston, John Murray and his wife Annette of Rockland, Steven Murray and his wife Michelle of Braintree, Sheila Foster and her husband Nick Ruggiero of Rockland, and the late Joan Marie Murray. Daughter of the late Maurice and Anna (Allelunas) Feely. Devoted sister of Joseph Feely of Norwood, Rita Rushton of Marshfield, and the late Timothy Feely, Maurice Feely, Katherine Carroll, Patricia Rushton, Mary Feely. Dear grandmother of Jamie, Corrine, Melissa, Kayla, Sami, Johnny, Jenna, Ryan, Chris, Jessie, Joey, and Vinny, and great-grandmother of Edwin. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28) Randolph on Monday, June 19th at 9:15am followed by a funeral mass at St. Mary’s Church in Randolph at 10am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday, June 18th from 3-7pm. Interment Fairview Cemetery, Hyde Park.
