Richard W. Reuss
Richard Ward Reuss, of Sharon, passed away April 30, 2023, at the age of 78.
Richard graduated B.M.C. Durfee high school in Fall River and UMass-Dartmouth. Before he retired, he worked as an accountant. He was an avid sports fan and watched as many games as possible. In his younger days he umpired local baseball games.
Richard enjoyed cruises to Cuba and the Caribbean. He loved to travel to Italy, Hawaii and Alaska, but he most enjoyed traveling in his motor home, his second home on wheels. He was a skillful driver and he and Chris went on many happy adventures together.
Richard was a kind and generous man always there for anybody in need.
Beloved husband for 55 years of Christina (Britland) Reuss. Cherished Dad of Ricky, Jay and Steven Reuss. Grandfather of Ana, Ian, Devlin, Kristin and Brian Reuss. Brother of Donald Reuss of Somerset. Preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Dorothy Ward Reuss, and his 2 brothers, Robert Moran and David Reuss.
Funeral is private. Arrangements handled by the Hurley Funeral Home, Holbrook.
