I’m so incredibly sad to have missed this service for Johnny O. He was such a huge part of my life growing up and honestly a part of most of my memories. We did everything together- shopping, driving, hanging and most importantly- Sunday breakfast! I even had a tab because he worked so freaking hard and had money hidden all over his room that he paid all the time and would say, Ca - I’ll just put it on you tab!. I loved him like brother and I pray he is resting in everlasting peace.

John was a good friend for many years. I went to my first concert with him....Molly Hatchet and Kansas. His mom and dad drove us and waited in Boston to drive us home. And then they drove us to Cape Cod to see Ted Nugent. And soon it became a generous habit that they would drive us to many more shows. I remember sitting behind his mom in their station wagon. She had a tremendous beehive hairdo, very impressive. John had many friends in town and every Friday night was an event in the woods of Avon. I know John's later years were less than kind to him but I'll choose to remember him as a another friend who contributed to my fantastic high school years.
