Joseph E. LeBlanc

Joseph E. LeBlanc, of Brockton, passed away July 7, 2021 at the age of 91. Joseph is survived by his children: Alan of Raynham, Brian and husband Aaron of Rockwall TX, Nora Jean Malone of Brockton, Laurieanne of Flower Mound TX, Eric and wife Sarah of Brockton as well as 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings Helen Walsh of Feeding Hills, Doris Comeau and husband Emery of Manchester CT, Paul and wife Florence of Gardner and Dianne Lupaczyk and husband Tom of Gardner. Joseph was predeceased by his beloved wife Mary of 62 years, his sister Cecile Cormier, his brothers Ernie and Gerry and his parents Emile and Alice (Cormier) LeBlanc of New Brunswick Canada.

Joseph was born in Rumford ME and educated in Gardner MA and the Eymard Seminary in Suffern NY. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force and was a Korean war veteran. He then earned his Associate degree from Worcester College in 1957 and commenced a long career as a purchasing agent for several MA based electronics companies until his retirement in 1998 from Orion Research Inc.

Joseph was a longtime resident of Randolph MA, a member of Saint Bernadette’s parish and served as an offertory usher for many years. He was an active member of the VFW since 1955 and served as the quartermaster of the Randolph Lt. John D. Crawford VFW Post 3389 for decades. He was awarded the prestigious VFW ‘white hat’ in 1975.

Joseph was a hardworking man who loved his country, community and family and was most proud of his children’s and grandchildren’s accomplishments in life.

Visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph on Tuesday, July 13th from 4:00pm – 7:00pm and Wednesday July 14th from 9:00am-9:30am followed by a funeral mass at St. Bernadette’s Church in Randolph at 10:00am. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Interment will be held at the MA National Cemetery, Bourne. LeBlanc Family,

Condolences to all of the family. Your Dad, Joe, was a great man.
Enjoyed the many days we sat with him and mom counting the money at St. Bernadettes. We did get a lot of laughs during those hours.

LeBlanc family, we are so sorry to hear of Mr. LeBlanc's passing. He was always an energetic and positive man with one of the best smiles. His eyes sparkled when he said hello! He will always be near and dear to our hearts and memories.
