Mary T. (Harrington) Hilchey
Mary T. (Harrington) Hilchey, of Randolph, passed away January 5, 2021 at the age of 94. The love of her late husband’s life, Ernest E. Hilchey. Mary was kind, caring, smart, engaged, and a lover of life. She was a wise woman and a keeper of secrets. She gave sage advice and never judged. She loved music, baking, and her little house. Her life was full of love both given and received. She was the center of love and protection for her family and loved them above all else, always ready to tell them the joy they brought to her life and they were blessed by the joy she gave to theirs. She was much loved by extended family and friends.
Loving mother of Thomas Hilchey, Sr. and his wife Robin of Harwich, Mary T. Hilchey of Stoughton, and the late William Hilchey and his wife Deborah of Stoughton. Mother-in-law of Deborah Hilchey and her partner Ron Medeiros of Berkley and Francis Lydon and his wife Teddi of Stoughton. Dear grandmother of Nicole, Anthony, Michael, Adam and his wife Nicki, Thomas, Jeanine and her husband Jeff, and Kelsey and her husband James. Great-grandmother of Matthew, Mollie, Avangaliene, Nathan, MacKenzie, Gemma, and Joseph. Also survived by her sister, Katherine Benvie of Milton.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 12th at 12:15pm at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Randolph. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Covid-19 precautions will be in place. Arrangements handled by the Hurley Funeral Home, Randolph. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary’s name can be made to the St. Bernadette’s Church Outreach Program, 1031 No. Main St., Randolph, MA 02368.

So sorry to Mary’s family. Your mom was a great woman. She will be missed. Will miss our Thursday hairdresser appointments at 10am. Everyone up at salon Monte Carlo loved Mary so much. Great conversations over the phone. “ her phone always busy” lived a long and great life. And made plenty of friends along her way. Rest In Peace Mary

of Mary, a lover of Life, Family, Friends and All! I first met Mary when
I ministered at St Bernadette’s Parish. Mary always had a loving smile
and generous heart. It wasn’t long after I was at “St B’s” that I
learned that Mary & Ernie were a vital part of the loving community!
They had generous hearts and reached out to all. Mary left us all
